About Us

The Hopkins Partnership is a family business, which was originally established by the late Patrick Hopkins Esq, in 1948. The company has been through many transitions and became the Hopkins Partnership in 1995, when Timothy Hopkins Esq, assumed responsibility as the Sole Principal.

The property relocated to new owner-occupied premises at Kennedy Way, Belfast and the emphasis of the company changed to reflect the specialisations of its principal and employees.

The expertise of the company now focuses on Commercial Landlords and Tenant, Dispute Resolution and Residential and Commercial Valuations.

Valuations The Hopkins Partnership undertakes Commercial and Residential valuations for Banks, Building Societies, Housing Associations and Private Individuals.

We offer a wide range of valuation services for Secured Lending Purposes and Asset Management.

Commercial Property The Hopkins Partnership are active in both the Commercial Sales and Lettings market and provide Landlord and Tenant advice on tenancy issues to their wide client base.

Property Management The Hopkins Partnership offers a wide range of Commercial Property Management services, including Rent Collection and the administration of Service Charges.

Dispute Resolution Timothy Hopkins FRICS FCIArb has been a Dispute Resolution practitioner in excess of Ten years. Mr Hopkins regularly acts as an Arbitrator, Independent Expert and Expert Witness in a variety of Land Value and Commercial Property Rent Review Disputes. Mr Hopkins regularly appears as an Expert Witness in the Lands Tribunal and the Courts.
