Timothy Hopkins FRICS FCIArb FAE is a Fellow of the Royal Institution Of Chartered Surveyors and a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators. Mr Hopkins has more than ten years experience as a Dispute Resolution Practitioner and is appointed to the panel of approved Arbitrators and Independent Experts, held by the President of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Great Britain, the Chairman of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in Northern Ireland and the President of the Law Society of Northern Ireland.

Mr Hopkins also receives regular private appointments to act in the capacity of Arbitrator or Independent Expert.
